How do we get to the Hotel?


Is there a transfer service available?

We can organize a private transfer if you give us at least three days before your arrival. From/To the train station/airport of Granada from/to Malaga airport.

Have you got private parking?

Due to our special location, the hotel does not have parking at the hotel. However, there is a vehicle pick-up and delivery service available to and from the nearest private parking. The charge for this is 22€ included VAT. Exclusive price for bookings on our website 18€ per day. Please, let us know 30 minutes before departure.


How far is the hotel from the city centre and how can we get there?

The city centre is about 800 metres from the hotel, approximately a 10 minute-walk. You can also take a taxi from the door of the hotel –it takes about 5 minutes to get to the city centre.

What are the hotel check in/out times?

Check-in starts at 14:00 and check out at 12:00

If we arrive before the check-in time, can you store our luggage safely?

We have a locker service available.

Can we leave our luggage here after we have checked out?

Yes, in our locker room.

Has the hotel got views overlooking the Alhambra?

Our hotel is in the Alhambra forest and therefore has no view of the Palace, however you can enjoy the most amazing views over the city of Granada and the Alhambra forest.

Have you got rooms with views?

All our rooms have views either towards the city or the Alhambra forest. You can see them on our website and make your choice.

Have your rooms got a hairdryer?

Of course. All rooms have a hairdryer and a full range of toiletries.

Is there a minibar in the room?

Temporarily inoperative due to sanitary protocol. Complimentary mineral water is available in the refrigerator.

Have all rooms got air conditioning?

All rooms have an air-conditioning and heating system that can be regulated.

Is there an iron and ironing board available in the room?

You can ask for them at our reception desk, though you also have available our laundry and ironing service.

Have you got laundry service?

Yes, clothes are collected before 10 am and returned the next day at 6 pm. The Hotel Management does not accept any responsibility for: knitted or coloured items, damaged or stained clothing, or the shrinkage of any items, including, amongst others, leather, suede or lace. Dry cleaning will depend on the type of clothing and the necessary treatment, with at least 4 days needed before return.

Yes, we have a 24-hour room service at your disposal.

Can I smoke in the room?

Our hotel is mainly non-smoking, except for certain rooms exclusively for the use of smokers and specific areas designated for this purpose.

Have you got Wifi? Is it a free service?

All rooms have free wifi.

Have you got rooms with a jacuzzi?

There are no jacuzzis in any of our rooms.

Have rooms got a safe box?

Yes, all rooms have a safe box, free of charge, large enough for a laptop.

Have you got specially adapted rooms for the disabled?

What type of rooms do you have?

We have available Suites, Junior Suites, Deluxe, Classic rooms with views of the city and Classic rooms with exterior views. For further details, check on our web page in the room menu.

Have you got a baby cot?

Yes, free of charge, subject to availability and if previously reserved.

Is breakfast available at the hotel?

Of course, we offer a complete buffet with cold and hot dishes.

What time is breakfast served?

Monday to Friday from 7:30 until 10:30; Sundays and Holidays from 7:30 until 11:00.

During what times are the restaurant and the terrace open?

The restaurant opens daily from 20:00 to 22:00. Our terrace has a non-stop service from 10:30 am to 1:00 am. You can see our menus on the website in the sections for restaurant and terrace.

What type of cuisine do you offer?

We offer Mediterranean and local cuisine with contemporary touches. You can also find exquisite traditional dishes in our menus.

Do you have special menus for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, people with allergies, lactose-free or coeliacs?

Of course, we have several options and a list relating to allergies in our menus. Please let us know about any allegy or intolerance.

What can I do if I want to make a reservation?

Is it safe to send my credit card details through the hotel website?

Yes, we follow all security protocols.

What do I have to do to cancel my reservation?

You have free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival except on non-refundable tariffs, which are charged at the time of reservation and do not accept either changes or cancellations. Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions.

Has the hotel got a lift?

Yes, we have 2 latest-generation lifts with space for 8/9 persons and 2 service lifts.

Have you got a hairdresser’s?

Unfortunately, we don’t have our own hairdressing salon but we can recommend and book this service in the town centre.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

Of course. We accept pets of up to 12 kilos in our rooms, though they are not allowed in common areas such as the terrace, restaurant or hotel lobby. Please ask for our specific regulations at your arrival.

Can you book tickets for the Alhambra for us?

Hotels are not allowed to sell tickets though we can issue guided visit packages either for groups or private visits which include the tickets to the Alhambra. We recommend you inform us before your arrival as the Alhambra is in high demand it is very difficult to get tickets at short notice. Ask for availability at

Can we book tickets for a flamenco show?

We can recommend and book for several unique flamenco shows in the Sacromonte Caves, the gypsy quarter in Granada. Ask at the reception desk.

Have you got a swimming-pool?

As we are in a historical site, we do not have a swimming-pool.

Have you got a spa, sauna or gym?

We do not have a spa or sauna. Our mini-gym is temporarily closed due to sanitary protocol.


Do you allow children at the hotel?

Is the hotel gay-friendly?
